At KOR Aesthetics, we value your time and ours. To ensure the best experience for every client, we kindly ask that appointments be scheduled in advance and confirmed prior to your visit. We ask that you arrive on time to receive the full benefit of your service. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee or loss of deposit. Late arrivals may result in shortened services or rescheduling. By booking with us, you agree to these policies, allowing us to provide a seamless, high-quality experience for all clients

  • All appointments must be confirmed 24 hours before the scheduled time.

  • A credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the service cost.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

  • You can reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • We offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals.

  • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client.

  • Late arrivals will be charged for the full session, even if the treatment is abbreviated.

Late Arrivals

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to future services if cancellation occurs within the 24-hour window.

  • Due to the nature of our services, no refunds will be issued for completed treatments.

  • We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and contactless payments. Cash is also accepted.

Refunds & Payments

  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to complete any necessary paperwork.

  • Avoid wearing makeup or applying skincare products to the treatment area on the day of your appointment.

  • Notify us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that could affect your treatment.

Pre-Appointment Requirements

  • If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service to clients exhibiting signs of illness.

  • All treatment areas are thoroughly sanitized between each client to ensure a clean and safe environment.

  • Our staff follows strict hygiene protocols, including wearing gloves and masks during treatments, to prioritize client safety.
